Tripoli Fairs

The early stamps issued at the Tripoli Trade Fairs had no indication of the country of origin, and were only valid within Tripolitania. This rule was later relaxed allowing use in the other Libyan province of Cyrenaica as well. Finally the name of Libia appeared on the last few issues.
Sassone lists all of these issues under Libya, while Gibbons list most under Tripolitania, only the later issues being listed under Libya.

5 lire with 1.00 lire surcharge Sassone 77.

Third Tripoli Fair, 1929

5.00 lire with 1.00 lire surcharge Sassone 86.

Fourth Tripoli Fair, 1930

10 lire with 2 lire surcharge Sassone 93.

Fifth Tripoli Fair, 1931

10 lire with 2 lire surcharge Sassone 102.

Sixth Tripoli Fair, 1932

Airmail 5 lire with 2 lire surcharge Sassone A7.

Seventh Tripoli Fair, 1933

Airmail 10 lire with 2.50 lire surcharge Sassone A13.

Eighth Tripoli Fair, 1934

10 lire with 2 lire surcharge Sassone A17.

Ninth Tripoli Fair, 1935

10 lire with 5 lire surcharge Sassone A26.

Tenth Tripoli Fair, 1936

50 centesimi and 1.25 lire Sassone Set 30.

Eleventh Tripoli Fair, 1937
